Exchanges & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Premium DNA Toys products are made-to-order, meaning that we produce our toys to fill precise pre-sale quantities. Please bear this in mind before checking out.
EXCHANGES are available for products that arrive damaged or have factory QC errors. Ours is a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a product swap.
To be eligible for a return, you will need to submit images of your defective product. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

SHIP DATES ARE ESTIMATES and are subject to change due to production or supply chain delays. We will always update listings with the most current estimates.
PRE-ORDERS and in-stock orders are both charged at checkout.
Wholesale orders are are not charged until they are ready for shipment.
FREIGHT BILLING is handled at time of checkout checkout. You may also ship via your own FedEx or UPS account number by contacting email@example.com
