EXHANGES AND REFUNDS
EXCHANGES are available for products that arrive damaged or have factory QC errors. Ours is a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a product swap.
NOTE: We do not guarantee mint condition packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you will need to submit images of your defective product. To start a return, you can contact us at support@premiumdna.toys. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
REFUNDS are available in the form of store credit, if an exchange is not desired.
PRE-ORDERS may be cancelled in exchange for store credit only.
